Family and quilting

I just set up this blog to post what I do for relaxation . That is to quilt whenever I have the chance.I find it very relaxing. I have been doing small quilts for hospitals, nursing homes and of course quilts that I did up for my family --as I have only been quilting about 2 years now. So the family got all my quilts with my first mistakes until I got better at it. I am still in the learning process here. I just started to do applique and paper piecing.
I am a 62 year old great gramma. I have 9 grandchildren and 1 great grand daughter.
When I,m not quilting I am usually doing things with them. The 2 youngest grandsons live next door and think that our home is their second home.
They definately keep us on our toes.
